By using the website, registering for an event, purchasing a paid service or product, attending a free event, or confirming these Terms and Conditions during checkout or registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Event registration details

  • Health declaration and waiver confirmation

  • Payment and invoice details, where relevant

Before completing registration or payment, you may be required to confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the cancellation policy, and a separate health declaration and waiver.

A condition for making a purchase on the website, including purchase by credit card or any other payment method made available on the website, is that the purchaser is at least 18 years old and legally authorized to make the purchase and use the payment method provided.

5. Payment

Paid services or products may be purchased through the website. Payment may be processed through an external payment page operated by Grow and/or another third-party payment provider.

Payments may be made by credit card and/or bit, depending on the available options at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that all information provided by you is true, complete, and accurate, and that you are legally authorized to use the credit card, bit account, or other payment method used for the transaction.

Beyond925 does not store full credit card details on its own systems. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider according to its own terms, security standards, and privacy policy.

All prices displayed on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

A purchase is completed only after payment has been approved and a confirmation email has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Beyond925 may cancel a transaction if payment is not approved, if incorrect details were provided, if there was a technical error, if the service or product is unavailable, or if the transaction appears suspicious, improper, unauthorized, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Invoices and Receipts

Invoices and/or receipts will be issued automatically, where applicable, based on the details provided during checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate details for invoice and receipt purposes.

7. Product and Service Supply Policy

For events, Pilates sessions, run club activities, wellness sessions, workshops, and other activities, the supply or delivery of the service means providing the customer with confirmation of registration and access to participate in the registered or purchased activity, subject to these Terms and any event-specific terms.

After completing registration or purchase and after payment approval, confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer up to 1 hour after payment approval, unless a technical issue, payment provider delay, or other circumstance beyond Beyond925's reasonable control prevents this. In such a case, Beyond925 will make reasonable efforts to send confirmation as soon as reasonably possible.

The confirmation and/or later email updates may include details such as:

  • Event, session, product, or service name

  • Date and time

  • Location or access details

  • Arrival instructions

  • What to bring

  • Relevant guidelines or rules

  • Any event-specific, product-specific, or service-specific terms

All service confirmations, event details, updates, changes, supply notices, and customer communications will be sent by email, unless Beyond925 expressly states otherwise in writing.

Unless stated otherwise on the website, order page, confirmation page, or confirmation email, no physical product will be shipped. If Beyond925 offers physical products, merchandise, digital products, vouchers, packages, or other products, the relevant product page, order page, or confirmation email may specify the applicable supply method, delivery method, pickup method, access method, expected supply date, shipping fees, and any other product-specific terms.

If a product or service cannot be supplied after a completed purchase, Beyond925 may cancel the transaction and issue a refund according to these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for checking your email, including spam or promotions folders. Beyond925 is not responsible if you do not receive confirmations, updates, or supply notices because incorrect contact details were provided or because messages were blocked or filtered by your email provider.

8. Age Policy

All Beyond925 activities, services, events, registrations, and purchases offered through the website are currently intended only for adults aged 18 or older.

A condition for making a purchase on the website, including purchase by credit card, is that the purchaser is 18 years of age or older. By making a purchase, registering for an activity, or participating in an activity, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Beyond925 may refuse registration, cancel a booking, refuse entry, or remove a participant if Beyond925 believes that the purchaser, registrant, or participant is under the age of 18 or has provided inaccurate information.

Beyond925 reserves the right to request identification at an event, although identification will not generally be requested. Some events may have additional age restrictions due to venue rules, legal requirements, alcohol service, event format, or safety considerations.

9. Cancellation of Transactions and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests for paid services, activities, events, or products must be submitted through the designated cancellation mechanism on the website only, unless Beyond925 expressly states otherwise in writing or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests submitted by email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, social media, or any channel other than the designated website cancellation mechanism will not be considered a formal cancellation request, unless Beyond925 expressly confirms otherwise in writing or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The cancellation request should include or be linked to the following details, as requested by the website cancellation mechanism:

  • Full name

  • Email address used for registration or purchase

  • Phone number

  • Event, session, product, or service name

  • Date of the event or session, where relevant

  • Order or payment details, if available

The cancellation time will be determined according to the time the cancellation request is successfully submitted through the website cancellation mechanism or according to any other time record accepted by Beyond925 in accordance with applicable law.

Customer Cancellation

Unless stated otherwise on the specific event page, product page, service page, registration page, or checkout page, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellation requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity or service: eligible for a refund of the paid amount, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

  • Cancellation requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity or service: not eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law.

  • No-show, late arrival, partial attendance, or non-attendance: not eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, where possible, within 14 business days after approval of the cancellation request, subject to processing times of the payment provider, credit card company, bank, bit service, or other relevant payment service.

Payment provider fees, credit card fees, clearing fees, bank fees, bit fees, or other transaction-related fees may be deducted from the refund only where and to the extent legally permitted.

Products, packages, memberships, vouchers, subscriptions, promotional offers, special events, or partner events may be subject to additional or different cancellation terms, provided that such terms are stated on the website, order page, confirmation email, or event-specific terms.

Cancellation by Beyond925

Beyond925 may cancel or reschedule an activity, service, event, or product supply due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Instructor unavailability

  • Low registration

  • Venue issues

  • Operational issues

  • Security events

  • Force majeure

  • Product or service unavailability

  • Any other reason that prevents the activity, service, event, or product supply from taking place as planned

If Beyond925 cancels a paid activity, service, event, or product supply, customers will receive a full refund, subject to any rights and obligations that cannot be changed under applicable law.

Event-Specific and Product-Specific Terms

Certain events, products, packages, services, memberships, workshops, partner activities, or special offers may have different cancellation, refund, delivery, supply, or participation rules. If so, those rules will be stated on the event page, product page, registration page, order page, checkout page, or confirmation email and will apply in addition to these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. No Transfer of Registration

A registration, ticket, or session booking is personal and may not be transferred, assigned, resold, or given to another person without prior written approval from Beyond925.

Beyond925 may refuse entry to a person whose name does not match the registration details.

11. Changes to Events, Services, and Products

Beyond925 may make changes to event, service, or product details, including date, time, location, instructor, route, format, duration, program, venue, product availability, product specifications, supply method, or partner participation.

If a material change is made, Beyond925 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants or purchasers by email using the contact details provided during registration or purchase.

A minor change that does not materially affect the activity, service, or product will not automatically entitle the participant or purchaser to a refund.

12. Participation, Health Declaration, and Waiver

Participation in Pilates, running, fitness, wellness, and community activities may involve physical effort and risk.

Before participating, you may be required to confirm a separate health declaration and waiver.

By registering and participating, you confirm that:

  • You are medically and physically fit to participate.

  • You do not have any medical condition that prevents safe participation.

  • You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you.

  • You have consulted, or will consult, a doctor or qualified medical professional if you have any health concern, injury, pregnancy, physical limitation, medical condition, or uncertainty about your ability to participate.

  • You understand that Beyond925 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own responsibility.

  • You will follow the instructions of the instructor, organizer, pacer, venue staff, or Beyond925 team.

  • You will stop participating and notify the instructor or organizer if you feel unwell, unsafe, or unable to continue.

Beyond925, its instructors, organizers, pacers, team members, partners, or venue representatives may refuse or stop your participation if they believe, at their discretion, that your participation may be unsafe for you, for other participants, or for the event.

13. Run Club and Outdoor Activity Safety

For run club activities and outdoor events, participants are responsible for:

  • Following road safety rules and traffic laws

  • Staying aware of surroundings

  • Following pacer and organizer instructions

  • Wearing suitable shoes and clothing

  • Bringing water or hydration where needed

  • Participating at a pace and distance suitable for their ability

  • Avoiding unsafe behavior that may endanger themselves or others

Beyond925 may change, shorten, delay, or cancel a route or activity due to weather, safety, road conditions, venue restrictions, security concerns, or operational needs.

14. Community Conduct

Beyond925 aims to create a safe, respectful, welcoming, and inclusive community environment.

Participants must not engage in:

  • Harassment

  • Intimidation

  • Violence

  • Threatening behavior

  • Discrimination

  • Disrespectful behavior

  • Unsafe behavior

  • Ignoring instructor, pacer, organizer, or venue instructions

  • Behavior that harms the event atmosphere, community safety, or other participants

Beyond925 may take any action it considers appropriate, including warning the participant, removing the participant from an event, refusing future participation, suspending registration privileges, banning the participant from the community, and denying a refund where permitted by law.

Complaints may be sent by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram. Official legal and privacy requests must be sent by email to beyond925hq@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the designated cancellation mechanism on the website only, unless Beyond925 expressly states otherwise in writing or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Photos, Videos, and Marketing Content

Beyond925 may photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture content during its events, sessions, and activities.

By registering for or attending a Beyond925 activity, you agree that Beyond925 may photograph, film, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation in event content.

Such content may be used by Beyond925 for purposes including:

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • Website content

  • Paid advertisements

  • Newsletters

  • Event recaps

  • Community content

  • Promotional materials

  • Sponsor or partner-related content approved by Beyond925

Sponsors, partners, venues, photographers, videographers, or other third parties may use event content only with Beyond925's approval.

If you tag Beyond925, mention Beyond925, or submit user-generated content related to Beyond925, you allow Beyond925 to repost, share, and use that content on its official channels, unless you clearly request otherwise in writing.

16. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your personal belongings at all events and activities.

Beyond925 is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including bags, phones, wallets, clothing, equipment, or other items brought to an event.

17. Third-Party Instructors, Venues, Sponsors, Suppliers, and Partners

Some Beyond925 activities, services, or products may involve third-party instructors, venues, sponsors, brand partners, photographers, videographers, suppliers, payment providers, service providers, shipping providers, or collaborators.

You agree to follow the rules and instructions of any venue or third-party provider involved in the activity, service, or product supply.

Beyond925 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, facilities, services, products, delivery, supply, failures, delays, or conduct of third parties, except where required by applicable law.

18. Intellectual Property

All Beyond925 content, including the Beyond925 name, logo, visual identity, event concepts, written content, photographs, videos, designs, graphics, website content, and marketing materials, belongs to BEYOND 925 HEALTH LTD or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, imitate, or commercially use Beyond925 content, event formats, visuals, photos, videos, written content, or branding without prior written approval from Beyond925.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

19. No Medical Advice

Beyond925 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or professional healthcare services.

Any wellness, Pilates, running, movement, lifestyle, or fitness-related information provided by Beyond925, its instructors, organizers, or partners is general only and should not replace advice from a qualified medical professional.

20. Liability

Beyond925 will make reasonable efforts to provide its website, activities, services, and products in a safe, professional, and organized manner.

However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, BEYOND 925 HEALTH LTD, Beyond925, and each of their owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, pacers, organizers, volunteers, representatives, agents, contractors, partners, sponsors, suppliers, venues, service providers, and anyone acting on their behalf will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, economic, non-economic, bodily, property, financial, reputational, or other loss, damage, injury, expense, inconvenience, or claim caused by, connected with, or arising from the website, the use of the website, the purchase of any service or product, the use of any service or product purchased on the website, participation in any activity, or reliance on any content, information, instruction, confirmation, or communication provided by Beyond925 or anyone acting on its behalf.

  • Cancellation, delay, rescheduling, relocation, route change, instructor change, format change, product unavailability, or other change of an event, service, or product

  • Weather, traffic, security conditions, venue issues, force majeure, technical failures, or operational issues

  • Third-party acts, omissions, policies, products, services, facilities, systems, delivery, delays, failures, errors, or conduct

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Beyond925 does not guarantee that the website, registration process, payment process, cancellation mechanism, services, events, activities, products, confirmations, or communications will be uninterrupted, error-free, available at all times, or suitable for the specific expectations or needs of any user, purchaser, or participant.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BEYOND 925 HEALTH LTD, Beyond925, and each of their owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, pacers, organizers, volunteers, representatives, agents, contractors, partners, sponsors, suppliers, venues, service providers, and anyone acting on their behalf from and against any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, cost, expense, or proceeding, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms or any event-specific, product-specific, or service-specific terms

  • False, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you

  • Your unlawful, unsafe, negligent, fraudulent, abusive, or improper conduct

  • Your failure to follow instructions, safety guidelines, venue rules, or applicable law

  • Your misuse of the website, services, products, payment systems, cancellation mechanism, or Beyond925 content

  • Any damage, injury, loss, or expense caused by you to Beyond925, another participant, a third party, a venue, an instructor, a supplier, or a partner

This indemnification obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Events Outside Israel

Beyond925 events are currently expected to take place in Israel.

If Beyond925 offers events outside Israel in the future, those events may be subject to local laws, venue rules, safety requirements, and event-specific terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

25. Force Majeure

Beyond925 will not be liable for delay, cancellation, failure, non-supply, delayed supply, interruption, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, war, security events, government restrictions, strikes, public health events, venue closures, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, power failures, technical failures, payment provider failures, communication failures, internet failures, or other force majeure events.

26. Changes to These Terms

Beyond925 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on the website and will apply from the date of publication, unless stated otherwise.

For purchases already completed before an update, the version that applied at the time of purchase will generally apply, unless the change is required by law or does not negatively affect the customer's rights.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
