After completing registration or purchase and after payment approval, confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer up to 1 hour after payment approval, unless a technical issue, payment provider delay, or other circumstance beyond Beyond925's reasonable control prevents this. In such a case, Beyond925 will make reasonable efforts to send confirmation as soon as reasonably possible.

Payment provider fees, credit card fees, clearing fees, bank fees, bit fees, or other transaction-related fees may be deducted from the refund only where and to the extent legally permitted.
Products, packages, memberships, vouchers, subscriptions, promotional offers, special events, or partner events may be subject to additional or different cancellation terms, provided that such terms are stated on the website, order page, confirmation email, or event-specific terms.

If Beyond925 cancels a paid activity, service, event, or product supply, customers will receive a full refund, subject to any rights and obligations that cannot be changed under applicable law.

Certain events, products, packages, services, memberships, workshops, partner activities, or special offers may have different cancellation, refund, delivery, supply, or participation rules. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. No Transfer of Registration
A registration, ticket, or session booking is personal and may not be transferred, assigned, resold, or given to another person without prior written approval from Beyond925.

Beyond925, its instructors, organizers, pacers, team members, partners, or venue representatives may refuse or stop your participation if they believe, at their discretion, that your participation may be unsafe for you, for other participants, or for the event.
13. Run Club and Outdoor Activity Safety
For run club activities and outdoor events, participants are responsible for:

Following pacer and organizer instructions

Wearing suitable shoes and clothing

Bringing water or hydration where needed

Participating at a pace and distance suitable for their ability

Beyond925 may change, shorten, delay, or cancel a route or activity due to weather, safety, road conditions, venue restrictions, security concerns, or operational needs.
14. Community Conduct
Beyond925 aims to create a safe, respectful, welcoming, and inclusive community environment.
Participants must not engage in:

Beyond925 may take any action it considers appropriate, including warning the participant, removing the participant from an event, refusing future participation, suspending registration privileges, banning the participant from the community, and denying a refund where permitted by law.
Complaints may be sent by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram. Official legal and privacy requests must be sent by email to beyond925hq@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the designated cancellation mechanism on the website only, unless Beyond925 expressly states otherwise in writing or unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Photos, Videos, and Marketing Content
Beyond925 may photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture content during its events, sessions, and activities.
By registering for or attending a Beyond925 activity, you agree that Beyond925 may photograph, film, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation in event content.
